Refund Policy

7-day money-back guarantee, how refunds are paid in cryptocurrency, and the specific cases where a refund is not available.

The short version
7 days, full refund, paid to any crypto address you nominate, less network fees. Once per customer. Does not cover dedicated servers, third-party licences, or accounts terminated for acceptable use violations.

1. The 7-day guarantee

Every new VPS and storage server carries a 7-day money-back guarantee. Request a refund from the control panel within 7 days of first deployment and you receive the full amount paid, less cryptocurrency network fees.

You do not have to give a reason, and we will not attempt to talk you out of it. We would rather know what went wrong, but telling us is optional.

This guarantee is in addition to your statutory rights, not a substitute for them. A consumer in the EU or EEA has 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract for services under Art. 9 of Directive 2011/83/EU. Where you asked us to start providing the service inside that period, the trader may charge for what was actually supplied up to the point of withdrawal, in proportion to the whole contract (Art. 14(3)). Our 7-day guarantee is more generous in one respect — it pays back the whole amount rather than a proportion — and shorter in another. Whichever gives you more, you get; the limits in section 3 below apply to our guarantee, not to the statutory right.

2. How refunds are paid

Refunds are paid in cryptocurrency to an address you nominate. You do not have to take it in the asset you paid with — if you paid in Bitcoin and would rather have USDT, say so.

  • Requests are processed within 3 business days, usually the same day.
  • The USD value refunded is the USD value invoiced, not the current market value of the coin you sent. Exchange-rate movement between payment and refund is not our risk to carry, nor yours.
  • Network fees for the outbound transaction are deducted.
  • You supply the destination address. We never reuse an address from an incoming payment, because the sending address is not necessarily under your control.

3. What is not covered

  • Once per customer. The guarantee is intended to remove the risk of trying us, not to provide indefinite free hosting.
  • Dedicated servers. Physical hardware is racked and configured specifically for an order, so the cost is incurred before delivery. Where we miss the stated delivery window, the order is refunded in full.
  • Third-party licences already purchased on your behalf — cPanel, Plesk, Windows Server. Once bought from the vendor they are not returnable to us.
  • Accounts terminated for verified acceptable use violations. No refund is due.
  • Renewals. The guarantee applies to a first term. Renewing indicates the service worked.
  • Requests after 7 days. Pro-rata refunds outside the guarantee window are at our discretion; where the fault is ours, we grant them. This does not cut down a statutory withdrawal right that is still running.

4. Other refund situations

SLA credits. Availability failures are compensated with service credits under the service level agreement. Credits extend your term; they are not paid in cash.

We discontinue a product or location. You receive a pro-rata cash refund of the unused term, plus assistance migrating.

We terminate you without cause. Pro-rata cash refund of the unused term.

Overpayment. Credited against your next renewal by default, or refunded on request.

Duplicate payment. Refunded in full on request, or credited — your choice.

5. Requesting a refund

Open a ticket in the control panel, or email [email protected] from the address on the order, including the order ID and the destination address for the refund.

Your server is destroyed and its disks securely erased when the refund is issued. Take a copy of anything you want to keep first — we cannot recover it afterwards, and we will remind you once before we proceed.
