Use the exact asset, chain, address and amount on your invoice. Include any wallet withdrawal fee separately. Contact support if your invoice expires after you have sent funds.
3. Receive access after confirmation
Payment is verified automatically, then the server is prepared. Use your order reference for support; do not send a second payment simply because the status has not updated.
